What is the minimum preparation period?
The main preparation period is about four months. Of course, some customers start more than a year in advance, while others are thinking about it in the near future. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Can I visit without making a reservation?
Please call us first, even on the day. We will let you know the time we can accommodate you.

How long does a venue tour take?
The tour will take approximately 2 hours, including the venue tour, tasting (free of charge), and quotation consultation. If you have time restrictions, please let our staff know in advance.

Can I book just the reception?
Yes, we also accept reservations for just the wedding reception.

How many meetings will there be between the time of booking and the day of the wedding ceremony and reception?
It will take about 5 to 6 visits, including previews of the costumes. However, if you have work commitments or live far away, we will adjust the schedule so that you can proceed with fewer visits. In that case, we will provide thorough support by phone and email.

Are there any rooms within the venue where guests can change clothes or nursing rooms? Also, can I ask you to help guests dress up or style their hair?
Yes. We have a changing room and a private room for baby care. We also offer services such as dressing and hair styling. Please let the bride and groom know this in advance.
