The meeting plan prepared by Hanamon Restaurant for the couple and their precious family is a combination of creative French cuisine and the Hanagura, a special space not used for anything other than the wedding ceremony.
For a memorable moment celebrating the beginning of the long-lasting relationship between the two families, enjoy original French cuisine with a Japanese flair in a retro-modern private room that blends Japanese and Western styles.

GRANDCHEF

The Hanamon Chef Hiroshi Yato

HIROMU HATTO

Originally from Kurashiki City, he trained at a restaurant in Okayama City and opened Restaurant L'Escalier in Okayama City in 2012. He showed his skills as the owner chef and established the restaurant as a place to visit on special occasions. He closed the restaurant in 2022 and worked alone as a chef at a wedding hall in Nagoya, before becoming chef at The Kamon in June 2023. He brings a new wind of high quality to Kurashiki, creating a taste that can only be found here with carefully selected ingredients and delicate techniques.
